Step-by-step workflow
Under Workflow → Step-by-step workflow you start with an example JSON. Click “Next: Load JSON”, paste your JSON, then “Load JSON”. You see how many steps there are; click “Start steps” and go through each step. Substep type A shows heading, task, and prompt; type B shows instructions. Use “Continue” to advance. On the last step, click “Finish” to complete and see the summary. Progress is saved in the database.

Step plans
Under Workflow → Step plans you get a list of all step plans with status: Successful, Pending, or Not finished. Use “Continue” to resume a plan, or “View” / “Edit” to inspect or change data.

Dashboard
The admin dashboard shows counts for successful, pending, and not finished step plans, plus latest lists per status so you can see progress at a glance.

JSON format
Your JSON must include an optional
chatgpt_session_urland astepsarray. Each step hasstep_numberandsubsteps. Substep type A:heading,short_description,task,prompt. Substep type B:instructions(array of strings). -
Automated workflow embed
A standalone workflow engine is available at
/automated-workflow/. You can embed it in other pages or use it for automated step-by-step flows with its own UI and i18n support. -
Deployment
The app supports deployment via Deployer (PHP) and GitLab CI/CD. See

Quick start
- Install dependencies:
composer install - Configure
.env(e.g. database; SQLite is used by default) - Run migrations:
php artisan migrate - Create an admin user (e.g. via
php artisan tinker) - Start the server:
php artisan serve - Open /admin and log in
